We have been selected around 600 trained co ordinators in and around all slums in chennai and put them to job in corporate companies and Heavy Industries after providing the moral , motivational classes and proper guidance with councelling.

          Our co-ordinators, along with volunteers, identified educated and uneducated people in the slums area and prepare and send them to work in large private companies after providing proper advice and counselling. So far we have appointed more than 1000 people from four regions alone. The good news is that they are doing well too. We have developed a unique model that can lift people from economic status by implementing this model into all areas.

      Job apprenticeship and skilling intervention in collaborative with industry partners. Internship opportunity and career readiness programs for students those who completed their graduates shall be organised in relevant sector.

    We create awareness to people who are workers of unorganised sector to register e-sharm and other scheme to get government benefits
