During the COVID – 19 Novel Corona pandemic crisis, we were engaged in relief work for the Dalit and poor people of the slums of Greater Chennai and other districts of Tamil Nadu. Most sections of the society, the vulnerable ones in particular, experienced a steep decline in earnings during the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.

     The philosophy behind the service is that due to the pandemic, the poor households have suffered a substantial loss in earnings and consequently, are not in a position to purchase essential items of consumption. In such a situation, to provide relief for public purposes such as Food basket containing Cereals, pulses, edible oil, Wheat, Rava, Rice, Bath and Wash Soap, Paste, Mask in the event of Covid -19 .

      The purpose of doing this is intended to reach to those in need people . About 30 thousand poor families benefited from this service. INFOSYS and ZOHO provided financial support from their CSR programme.
